By booking or using any of the services provided by NDL – New Diaspora Live LLC (referred to as “NDL Studios”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking and Payment

  • Studio Rental: All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is required prior to the start of your session, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your booking, especially for large events or longer sessions. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, cash, or other approved payment methods. Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the session or service.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in forfeiture of any deposit paid and may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session without penalty, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the original booking may incur a fee.

3. Studio Use and Equipment

  • Responsibility: Clients are responsible for the proper use of the studio and its equipment. Any damages caused by misuse will result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement costs.
  • Time Limits: Sessions must start and end at the agreed times. Overruns will be charged at the standard hourly rate.
  • Cleanliness: Clients are expected to leave the studio in the same condition as they found it. A cleaning fee may apply if the studio is left in an unsatisfactory condition.

4. Service-Specific Terms

  • Podcast and Voiceover Services: Audio recordings provided by NDL Studios remain the property of the client. However, NDL Studios reserves the right to use short samples for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
  • Event Hosting and Remote Broadcasts: For live events, clients must provide all necessary information and access at least 48 hours in advance. Any delays or issues caused by the client that affect the event’s timing or quality may incur additional fees.
  • Custom Jingles and Ads: All creative work, including jingles, ads, and voiceovers, will be produced according to the client’s specifications. Revisions may incur additional charges depending on the scope of the changes requested.

5. Liability and Waivers

  • Liability: NDL Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property while on the premises. Clients use the studio at their own risk.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of technical issues with equipment or services provided by NDL Studios, we will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. However, we are not liable for any resulting delays or disruptions to your booking.
  • Force Majeure: NDL Studios is not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or power outages.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: Clients retain full ownership of the content they produce at NDL Studios, unless a specific agreement states otherwise. NDL Studios may request permission to use content for promotional purposes.
  • Licenses and Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any material used in recordings, including music, scripts, or third-party content, is properly licensed.

7. Amendments

NDL Studios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
